- mtl. Pauschale für Nutzung der Büroausstattung, Aktenlagerung etc.    variabel

- jährliche Nutzungslizenz der Buchhaltungssoftware Optigem WinFinanz  derzeit 75,00€ brutto

- sonstige Kosten wie Porto, Kopien, Material nach Aufwand

- Druck von Zuwendungsbestätigungen beidseitig in Farbe  0,30€ netto / Stück

Lohnbuchhaltung

- Gebühr je Abrechnungsfall je Monat 15,00€ netto

- Gebühr für An- und Abmeldungen einmalig 15,00€ netto

- Gebühr für aufwendige Rückrechnungen bis zu 15,00€ netto je Rückrechnungszeitraum

- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen 4500€ netto/Stunde minutengenau

- Fahrtkosten derzeit 0,60€ netto / km

Financial Accounting

- Fee per working hour to the minute billed 45,00 € net

- mtl. Flat rate for use of office equipment, file storage etc. variable

- annual usage license of the accounting software Optigem WinFinanz currently 75,00 € gross

- Other costs such as postage, copies, material at cost

- Printing of donation receipts on both sides in color 0,30 € net / piece



Payroll


- Fee per billing case per month 15,00 € net

- Fee for registrations and cancellations once 15,00 € net

- Fee for complicated recalculations up to 15,00 € net per recalculation period

- Preparation and supervision of tax audits 45,00 € net / hour to the minute


- Travel costs currently 0.60 € net / km
